Lauren Saso

Meet Lauren Saso, Director of Facilities at Bolthouse Fresh Foods! 🥕 🌱 With 5 ½ years at Bolthouse, Lauren has made a significant impact as our Director of Facilities, overseeing engineering and capital projects, facilities maintenance, and environmental compliance across the company. She loves the variety in her role, from working on sustainability initiatives at the farms to developing systems that improve production efficiency. Lauren is also passionate about personal growth and leadership. She serves as the President of our Toastmasters chapter, where she helps colleagues enhance their communication and leadership skills.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys biking with her family and is a Scuba Diving Instructor, with Catalina Island being one of her favorite dive spots! 🌊🐠
